I think we can all agree that graphic form is important. We consume with our eyes first, and then we learn. Materials should be visually engaging using bespoke design and best practices.
Then we need to raise communication style. This is what e-learning is all about. It’s a great tool for visual communication. Rather than using ebooks or flood of words, you can help your learners using images, icons, interactive scenarios, and animations. They will bring your training to life. Consider it as MUST HAVE.
If your training structure is not well designed, your learner may get confused. It is essential to make it easy to navigate; otherwise, your learner will waste all the energy on learning how to navigate thru it!
All the above points are completely useless if your training won’t be designed using instructional design techniques. Your content should improve learners’ performance, not just retain knowledge.
